My name is Lily Theders and I am a Chicago-based museum worker currently seeking a masters in public history at Loyola University Chicago. I also hold a bachelors in history from American University and a certificate in museum studies from Northwestern University.

My scholarly interests are 19th century America and the history of medicine. I believe that the future of education is in museums and credit my love of history to the museums I visited growing up.
